Premium Plus Poland sp. z o.o. with its registered seat in Wysotogowo, Bukowska 27, 62-081 Wysogotowo, Poland (REGON: 386851807, NIP: 7831823110) (referred to as “Premium Plus Poland”, “we”, “us” and “our” in this privacy policy) is the controller and responsible for your personal data collected through the www.premiumpluspoland.com website (the “website”), over the phone, email or mail.

We will process all opt-out requests as soon as possible, but please note that due to the nature of our IT systems and servers it may take a few days for any opt-out request to be implemented.
